Coach Fowlie is dedicated to optimizing athletic performance, improved physical fitness , effective weight loss strategies and personalize muscle building program  through our person centre approach. My focus is on combining cutting-edge techniques with personalized coaching to elevate every individuals skills and create or increase lifestyle of  healthier habits.

Step 1

Explore my comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the specific needs of the individuals at every level.

Speed PT Training

This program will enhance the athlete’s ability to move quickly and, promoting proper running form. It is designed for beginner joggers, runners, and athletes such as endurance runners, sprinters, rugby players, etc.

Kettlebell

Weight loss 1 to 1 PT session

This program will provide the participant with the necessary tools to burn calories through exercise, build muscle and improve physical fitness to ensure weight loss is achieved. Nutrition advise that will complete your weight loss journey.

A great way to stay motivated by working out with a some friends or family. Coach Fowlie will give the group the attention that they  deserve. Because I am commented to your dream.  Coach Fowlie closely with you to develop a training program that aligns with your goals and maximizes your performance.
